One group, four studios. From the first mic check to the final export — podcasting, live music, education & tutoring, and a photography team that shoots like the moment matters. Because it does.

Who we are
A media group built around four rooms and one obsession: the story.
Marshall Media Group LLC started with a single microphone and a stubborn belief — that good production is not decoration, it is respect for the audience. Today that belief runs four divisions under one roof.
Our podcast studio ships broadcast-grade audio. Our shows team fills rooms. Our education arm turns curious people into confident ones. And our photographers freeze the half-second everyone else blinks through. Same crew, same standard, whichever door you walk in.
Book one. Book all four. They are built to work together — a show becomes a podcast, a podcast becomes a class, a class becomes a gallery.
01
Podcast Production
Concept to chart. We build the format, run the studio, direct the guest, then edit, mix and master to broadcast loudness — plus artwork, chapter markers, transcripts and short-form cuts ready for every feed.
Line-up to load-out. We curate the bill, run front-of-house and lighting, capture multi-cam video with a clean board feed, and hand you a live album, a highlight reel and a room that wants the next date announced.
Small groups, real tutors, measurable progress. Academic support from elementary through college prep, plus media masterclasses that put students behind an actual mic and an actual camera — because skills stick when they are used.
Weddings, events, editorial, brand and portrait work — shot by a team, not a single freelancer with a backup plan. Same-week gallery delivery, hand-graded color, licensing spelled out in plain English.

You always know what is happening, what it costs and when it lands. No surprise invoices, no "creative delays".
01
Discovery call
Thirty minutes. We learn the goal, the audience and the budget, then tell you honestly which of our four divisions you actually need — sometimes it is fewer than you thought.
02
Blueprint & quote
A written plan: format, crew, gear, timeline, deliverables and a fixed price. You approve it before anyone touches a cable.
03
Production
Studio, stage, classroom or location. Our team runs it end to end while you do the part only you can do — be good on camera, on mic, or in the room.
04
Delivery & growth
Masters, galleries and social cut-downs delivered on schedule, plus a short report on what performed and what we would do differently next round.
Kind words
People who let us in the room.
They rebuilt our podcast from the format up. Downloads tripled in one season and I stopped dreading the edit.
Andre WhitfieldHost, The Long Form
Sound, lights, camera, artists — one number to call. Our first sold-out night happened with Marshall running the room.
Priya RamanVenue Director
My son went from a C to an A- in one term, and he actually likes the sessions. That is the part I did not expect.

The wedding gallery landed in five days. Five. And every frame looked like the day actually felt.

We hired them for photos and ended up with a podcast too. Turns out one good crew beats four mediocre vendors.

Packages
Clear starting points.
Every project is quoted properly after the discovery call — these are the shapes most clients start from.

One recording day or one shoot. Perfect for a pilot episode, a single session or a half-day portrait set.
Still stuck? Write to us and a human replies inside one business day.
Do you work with first-time hosts and beginners?
Constantly. A good producer's job is to make an inexperienced host sound experienced — we handle format, prep questions, direction during the take, and the edit that hides the learning curve.
Can you travel for shows and shoots?
Yes. Our stage and camera crews travel regionally as standard, and further for multi-day bookings. Travel is quoted transparently in the blueprint, never added afterwards.
Are tutoring sessions online or in person?
Both. One-on-one and small-group sessions run in person at our space or over video, and every student gets the same written progress report either way.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Full commercial rights to your masters and galleries transfer on final payment. We only ask to show the work in our portfolio, and you can decline that too.
How fast is delivery?
Podcast episodes: 3–5 business days. Photo galleries: 5–7 days, with a same-week preview set. Live show edits: 10 days. Rush options exist when the calendar allows.
